Custom flags are purchased for all occasions: businesses that want to advertise their logo; colleges, schools, car dealerships, clubs, building contractors, or just as a gift for someone special.
We endeavour to make the ordering process as easy as possible and after 30 years in this business, we have formulated a foolproof method that ensures our customers are happy with the end product. Generally, our prices are lower than most of our competitors because of our company’s social values. We value your repeat business.
New Century Flags likes to work with a 210 denier, tackle 2 nylon materials, as the colours will be more vibrant and the fabric more durable as compared to other materials. Of course, there are certain times when it is better to use faster and more economical materials that are also available.
Here Are the Steps for Ordering a Custom Flag
Step 1
What are your needs; a quote for your boss, association or personal?
Step 2
We send you a quote with prices based on those specs for quantity and sizes.
Step 3
We discuss the artwork requirements needed for production, although we can quote on a JPEG image. If there is no ‘vector style’ artwork available, we can convert a JPEG image for a small one-time fee. Sometimes your sign or printer company can forward your logo directly to us with the necessary Pantone colour match system numbers for accuracy. We also have colour swatches to pick out just the right colour for your flag.
Step 4
The customer returns our quote sheet signed if they're ready to proceed to purchase.
Step 5
Our expert team develops an art rendering of the flag, which we send to you for final approval or to make any changes. We do not proceed with production until you are satisfied and tell us to go ahead and make payment arrangements.
Step 6
Production begins and if deluxe nylon is chosen, then delivery is 10 days - 3 weeks most of the year. (Note: the exception is in the spring, our busiest time of the year.) If you need a quick turnaround, then we can quote on a cheaper material available within a week.
